Inspired by Belize and influenced by Latin American, Asian, Indian, Italian, Caribbean, and American cuisines, each dish is prepared with intention and cooked using our plancha, fire stone oven, chargrill, and slow-braise techniques.

We offer strong vegetarian and pescatarian selections, vegan-friendly options upon request, and gluten-conscious modifications on select dishes. Guests with allergies or dietary requirements are encouraged to inform their server. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, fish, and alcohol-based sauces, and cross-contact may occur.

Guava Limb’s Dugout Bar is colorful, relaxed, and full of easy Belizean charm. It’s a natural gathering spot in Cayo, where locals meet up after work and visitors settle in after a day of exploring the jungle, Maya temples, or nearby rivers. Behind the bar, Belizean bartenders mix Caribbean-inspired cocktails using fresh tropical ingredients.
You’ll find creamy Piña Coladas, our house Sorrel Breeze, rum-forward island blends with fresh lime, and rotating seasonal specials that reflect the flavors of Belize. Ice-cold Belizean beers like Belikin, Landshark, and Lighthouse are always on hand, along with a curated selection of local and international spirits for classic cocktails or custom mixes. For something lighter, our fresh mocktails, including Blueberry Lime and Strawberry Tropical blends, offer bright, fruit-forward flavor without the alcohol.
