Inspired by Belize and influenced by Latin American, Asian, Indian, Italian, Caribbean, and American cuisines, each dish is prepared with intention and cooked using our plancha, fire stone oven, chargrill, and slow-braise techniques.

From Churrasco and handcrafted tacos to wood-fired pizza, house-made pasta, grilled proteins, and vibrant seasonal salads, The Guava Limb Menu is designed for sharing, savoring, and exploring.

We offer strong vegetarian and pescatarian selections, vegan-friendly options upon request, and gluten-conscious modifications on select dishes.
